Established since 1985, Serene Nursing Home Pte Ltd has been expanding steadily to meet the demands of the community.

To date, we have two Homes that are strategically located in the eastern and central parts of Singapore.

Both homes offer 24 hours long term residential care and respite care services.

The nursing care are provided by a team of professional nurses.

Our physiotherapist plan specific programmes for individuals.

• Our doctors will visit you regularly to:
  • Provide comprehensive medical care for the residents.
  • Medical examination on admission.
  • Follow up at weekly intervals.
  • Ad hoc consultation.
  • Regular review and prescription of medications for all residents.
  • Identification of risk factors & formulation of appropriate treatment plans.
  • Liaison with the respective medical specialists when residents are hospitalized.
  • Ordering of necessary lab & other investigations.
  • Review & manage chronic medical conditions, e.g. stroke, head injury, spinal injury, terminal illness.
• Our nurses are able to provide nursing care such as:
  • 24-hour nursing services
  • Physiotherapy services
  • Post-surgical management
  • Wound management
  • Change & maintenance of catheters or other tubing
  • Stoma care/Colostomy Care
  • Caregiver training
  • Monitoring of general health
  • Monitoring of vital signs (Blood Pressure, Pulse Rate etc), Blood Sugar test etc.
  • Assistance with Activities of Daily Living - Feeding, Bathing, Toileting, Dressing, Transferring and Mobility.

  • Administration of intramuscular injections.
  • Insertion of nasogastric tube.

Basic Ward Charges - services included in basic (covered) Nursing Home Charges

• General nursing cares and services to meet the total needs of the resident including treatment and administration of medications ordered by the resident's physician.

• Personal services and supplies for the comfort and cleanliness of the resident. These include assistance with eating, dressing, toilet functions, baths, brushing teeth, combing hair, and other services and supplies necessary to permit the resident to maintain a clean, well-kept personal appearance.

• Room (semiprivate or ward accommodations) and board, including therapeutic diets, necessary to provide proper nutrition. This includes feeding residents unable to feed themselves.

• Dietician controlled meals - 3 main meals and 2 tea breaks.

• Bed and bath linens

• Safety and treatment equipment such as bed rails, intravenous administration stands, suction apparatus, and other items generally provided by nursing facilities for the general use of all residents.

• Standard walkers or standard wheelchairs will be provided for the duration of Physiotherapy sessions, if and when ordered by the physiotherapist.

• Nurse will walk patient to improve and maintain mobility of the elderly, if and when order by the physiotherapist.

• Laundry services of personal apparel.
